My rental is a new townhouse in Takanini or Flat Bush. What should I know?
Newer townhouses usually meet the Healthy Homes standards with little work, and they attract tenants who want low maintenance. The things to get right are pricing against the many similar homes nearby, body corporate or residents' society rules where they apply, and making sure the tenancy agreement reflects any shared driveway or parking arrangements.
I own an older home in Papakura or Manurewa. Is it compliant?
